RulesPrivacy PolicyFAQs Rules and Regulations License - #L05-0576 Draw Dates: The Early Bird Draw #1 will be held on Monday, April 24, 2006 at the offices of the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation 3820 43 Avenue, Lloydminster SK starting at 2:00 PM.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Sunday, April 16, 2006 will be eligible for this draw. The Early Bird Draw #2 will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at Ulmer Chevrolet in Lloydminster starting at 2:00 PM.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Monday, May 8, 2006 will be eligible for this draw.   The Final Draw for the remaining prizes will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 starting at 10:00 AM until finished at the lottery Dream Home 6009 20th Street, Lloydminster.  Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2006 will be eligible for this draw. All of the above mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend.   Draw Order: The first draw will be the Early Bird #1 ($10,000 cash); next will be the Early Bird #2 (2006 SSR) and lastly the Final Draw, with the remaining prizes drawn in order of lowest retail value up to the Grand Prize.  The winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home may choose the Cash in Lieu option in the amount of $300,000.  However if the winner chooses to take the home, they must assume possession prior to August 30, 2006. After each draw by numbered ticket stub, the winner will be recorded and ticket stub placed back in the drum for the next draw.  Each ticket is eligible for all 245 prizes except where they may be late for the Early Bird Draws. All winners will be notified in writing and in some cases by telephone by Lloydminster Region Health Foundation representatives detailing what they have won and how to can claim their prize(s).  All winners’ names will be published in the Lloydminster Meridian Booster, the Lloydminster Source and on the Lottery website www.bordercitydreamhome.com within 1 week following each draw. In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub.  The Licensee is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.   With the exception of the Grand Prize Dream Home all prizes must be accepted as awarded as drawn; there are no cash equivalents or substitutions.  All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize. All advertising will be done within the Province of Saskatchewan. Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the lottery: anyone under the age of 18 years, Board Members and Staff of the Lloydminster Region Health Foundations, Ticket Auditors, Stride Management Corp employees and families of the above residing at the same address.  Retail value of the Prizes $ 613.000.00 Distribution of Tickets: All tickets will be controlled by Stride Management Corp. and are only available by mail and phone.  Ticket Request Forms will be available at participating sponsor locations as selected by the licensee and at the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation.  Ticket Request Forms must be received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre to be valid.  Tickets may be purchased with Cheque, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, or Cash.  The Licensees liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket. If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued. Total number of tickets will be 6,000 single tickets at $100 each and 3,000 sets of 3 for $250 for a total of 15,000 tickets. Back to the top. The personal information collected by the Health Home Lottery will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries. The names, cities and winning ticket numbers of winners will be posted at the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation office and on the lottery website.  The Lloydminster Region Health Foundation retains the right to publish the name, city and photograph of the winners.
